How to Reserve an Apartment? What is Required?

1. Complete our online Reservation Request Form. Choose the apartment you would like to rent and let us know the exact dates you are interested in. When possible, try to provide us with a second or third choice of apartments (or dates) in case the apartment (or dates) you have chosen is not available.

2. Email the Reservation Request Form to us. We assure you a reply within 24 hours of your request.

3. Once we have confirmed that the apartment you would like is available, we ask you to reconfirm with us that you wish to reserve

4. You will then receive our rental agreement outlining all of the exact payment and arrival information for the apartment you have chosen.

5. Reservation
a. We require a 50% deposit to reserve the apartment.
b. The rental will not be confirmed until you have posted to us a signed copy of the rental agreement and paid 50% of the rental. At that time, your reservation will be firm and you will receive a confirmation.
c. The remaining 50% payment is due when you get to the apartment.

6. Forms of Payment
a. The deposit (50 % of the total amount) may be paid with paypal or postal order.
b. The rest of the amount (50% of the total amount) will be paid when you get to the apartment in cash (US dollars or Euros) or with travellers checks (in US dollars).

Cancellations

Please note: As is our policy, your deposit, or payment, is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the apartment for your dates. If we are unable to re-rent the apartment for the said dates, we reserve the right to keep 100% of your payment with the understanding that if we succeed in re-renting the apartment for said dates, we will refund accordingly.

Accommodation Paris will not be held responsible for cancellations for ANY REASON.

Arrivals and Departures

Check in – 2 p.m.
Check out - 10 a.m.

PLEASE NOTE: If no one has left the morning you arrive, you may check-in as early as you like. In the case that someone has just vacated, you may check in between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. or even later if you get to Paris after 2 p.m.

NOTE: Please supply us with your exact arrival information as soon as possible. We need this information in order to arrange a meeting at the apartment when you arrive.

What We Offer Our Guests

One of us will be there to meet you at the apartment to settle you in and explain how everything works. We can make restaurant, and activity reservations and recommendations for you. We will be happy to call and reserve a taxi for you at any time.

Please feel free to call us at any time with any questions you may have during your stay.

Change of linens is provided once a week for any rental of two weeks or longer.

Additional Services Upon Request

As we live in Paris, we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests. Our goal is to give our visitors a real French living experience and unique vacation, one that they would never have staying in a hotel.

Using the Telephone in the Apartments

The telephone is set to "local" . What this means is that you are free to use the phone, at no cost to you, to make local phone calls - i.e. dinner reservations, train station info, etc. However, to make a long distance, or international call, you will need a calling card, either an ATT card, or a French telephone card that you can buy here in any of the telephone or "tabac" shops. The telephone in the apartments makes and receives calls from anywhere.

Liability

Accommodation Paris and our agents cannot, under any circumstance, be held responsible, by you and your party, for any and all personal injuries, damage to apartment during rental, or theft arising out of or connected in any way to your rental of our property.

All eventual disagreements, or disputes, regarding the execution of your Paris rental will be administered by French law.
