Area

The "rue de Thorigny" is one of several streets in this area famous for their beauty. You will be staying next to gorgeous historical houses, to many fantastic and interesting art galleries and, of course, to the very prestigious Picasso Museum (the most important collection of Picasso in the world).
You are just a few minutes walk to the many shops close by: for food (rue de Bretagne or rue Rambuteau), for clothing (rue des Francs Bourgeois), for books, and for antiques (rue Vieille du Temple), to name just a few. You have easy access to many museums, including: the Pompidou Center (Museum of Modern Art), the Carnavalet (History of Paris), the Lock Museum, the Cognac-Jay, the house of Victor Hugo, the Jewish Museum and (again) the Picasso Museum.
